Service Competence Certificates
We provide service in accordance with the Service Competence Certificates (TSE - HYB) determined by TSE, which define the quality standards of service locations, and with EN - ISO Service Quality standards for all product groups we sell. We also monitor and inspect our service quality.
The validity of quality and service certificates held by our Head Office and Authorized Service Centers is tracked, with regular calibration and certification renewal procedures conducted annually.
TS - 12850; Authorized Service Centers - Rules for ventilation and air conditioning systems, air handling units, air conditioners, cooling units, fan-coils, fans (exhaust fans, ventilators), air purifiers, and air curtains.
TS - 13905; Authorized Service Centers - Rules for locations providing installation, maintenance, and service for air conditioning and cooling devices, heat pumps, fire suppression systems, and electrical switchgear containing or operating with fluorinated greenhouse gases.
