Form MHI Air Conditioning Systems Company offers a wide range of products for air conditioning of all buildings, from the smallest to the largest, with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries air conditioning systems in VRF, split, and multi-split products. The successful cooperation that began as Form VRF Systems Inc. in 2011 with VRF systems transformed into a joint venture between Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and Form VRF Systems with the agreement signed on January 30, 2019, following the acquisition of representation for individual systems in 2018. With this partnership agreement, the newly established company continues to progress more strongly under the name Form MHI (Mitsubishi Heavy Industries) Air Conditioning Systems Industry and Trade Inc.
Form Industrial Facilities Company continues its production activities at the group's facilities located in Izmir Pancar Organized Industrial Zone. Form Industrial Facilities company, which carries out both production and sales of industry-oriented products such as evaporative coolers, natural daylight lighting systems, and smoke evacuation hatches, has also undertaken the production of Euroform brand fan coils, Lennox brand package air conditioners under Lennox license, and heat pumps under the Euroform brand, which are sold by Form Industrial Products company. Form Industrial Facilities company is the first and only company granted licensed production rights by American Lennox.
Form Freva Cooling Systems, which joined the Form Group of Companies in 2024, performs design, manufacturing, and turnkey installation services for process water cooling equipment for the industrial sector.

Form Group's headquarters is located in Maslak, Istanbul, and its Istanbul Asian side office is in Ataşehir. In addition to the factory in Izmir, there are regional offices in Ankara, Antalya, Izmir, Adana, and Bursa separately for each sales company. Additionally, Munters Form Inc., which is jointly owned with Swedish Munters within the Group, conducts its activities from the Ümraniye Sales Office.
