Our journey, which started as a modest 20 m2 project office in Ankara in 1965 as Form Kollektif Şirketi, is developing with new expansions and new investments. Today, we continue our activities with production, representation, sales and after-sales activities. We invested in innovation in production, channel and product diversity in the market in order to increase customer satisfaction by remaining loyal to our area of ​​expertise, air conditioning. Our joint ventures with our foreign business partners who are with us on this journey have recently gained momentum.

Form Endüstri Tesisleri A.Ş., which constitutes the manufacturing leg of our group. It not only produces industrial solutions and is a licensed manufacturer of global giant brands in the air conditioning field, it also produces 100% domestic air conditioners for the Group companies by revealing its engineering experience with its own R&D products.

Throughout our business life of more than 55 years, we have never compromised on our ethical values ​​that shed light on us. Since our establishment, we have adopted the principles of "Honesty, Reliability and Continuity". We took care to be in a structure that is expert in its job, gives initiative to its employees, and prioritizes change, development and institutionalization. With the awareness of the direct impact of the quality of our work on our reputation and reputation, we have adopted the principle of being a reliable solution partner that offers effective solutions to changing customer needs in all the steps we take. We specialized, we added experience to our experience. We believed in innovation, technology and sustainability in every field and always aimed to offer newer and better.

Environmental awareness was already a natural result of our activities. We maintained our leadership in green building practices. We attached importance to environmentalism not only in our practices but also in our work areas. Our green office practices continue. We focused not only on the successes in our business life, but also on social responsibility projects with an understanding that gives the society what we get from the society. We are a group of companies with the highest number of female employees in our sector with 35% female employment and we support women's success in business life with ÇYDD starting from their education life.

As our esteemed leader Mustafa Kemal Atatürk said in a speech, "The most important capital for institutions is intelligence, attention and chastity, knowing its technical and methodical work.
